To Whom It May Concern:
Jesse Vail is a wonderful addition to any workplace. His imagination
and creativity are simply astounding. He is always working on
a puppet show or other project of his own or helping someone else
with theirs. Usually he does both at the same time. He is always
willing to help out because that's the kind of person Jesse is.
He puts the needs of others before his own. This is also why he
is so good with children, not to mention his sense of humor. I
have never seen anyone so universally loved by all children and
parents alike. It's not something you can believe unless you see
it. He is funny, kind and cares about kids. They know it and so
do their parents. He truly is a child at heart. But most importantly
Jesse understands children and adults alike. This is why I so
enjoyed working for Jesse. He understands how to make the most
mundane tasks fun and he has the ability to make his employees
as efficient as possible. He always acknowledges a job well done
and he doesn't get upset at mistakes. Rather, he makes you understand
the problem so you can understand the solution. Jesse is an artistic,
funny, understanding person and I enjoyed my job because of him.
How many high school students could say that about their boss?
